First inter-regional meeting of Seldon division leaders

The First inter-regional meeting of Seldon division leaders of "Association of electronic trading platforms" held in Nizhny Novgorod on November 14-15. The event was attended by heads and senior staff of twenty Russian offices and representative of Minsk office, the top management of AETP — Chairman Konstantin Mikhaylenko and Division Managing Director Denis Razin.

During the event, each of the delegates talked about the outcome of this year, realized objectives and plans of subdivision development. Konstantin Mikhaylenko told about ambitious plans for 2015, highlighting the entrance into international arena and the further development of cross-border cooperation. The official part of the event was marked by the awarding of the most distinguished leaders and regional representatives. Thus, a separate division in St. Petersburg was awarded for the successful reboot, Krasnoyarsk office — for the rapid start, Kirov office — for high client performance, Novosibirsk office — for the best indicator for plan fulfillment, Chelyabinsk ofice- for the development of relations with state power authorities, Minsk office - for its contribution to the company outside of the Russian Federation, Lubov Soboleva (Tver Manager) was named "legendary leader".


Konstantin Mikhaylenko noted the high importance of such events for the exchange of best practices in managers` training, building an effective sales system and maintaining high rates of customer orientation. “AETP today is the largest federal company operating across Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. We are constantly improving existing business processes, developing new products and working to improve existing ones, raising the level of services provided. Therefore, interregional meeting was a strong incentive for all of our units to make a quality reboot and feel that they belong to a common cause. We will actively develop initiative of holding such meetings, making them every year, "- said Konstantin Mikhaylenko.
